The Secret of K466

When I heard this song about one month ago in a car radio, I had no idea who composed it, when I heard it was composed Mozart(1756-1791), I couldn't help but feel surprised to hear so. Certainly I noticed a tinge of Mozart but overall impression by listnening to this was far form Mozart's.
The feature of almost all his songs are monotonous in melody, repetitious in rythem, euphoric in atmosphere, unbalance in structure.
This song -piano concerto No 20 is so distinguished in that it shows both pleasantness and real severeness in life, considering the fact that oftentimes his songs are only indicative in overwhelming euphoric feature, this song belongs to exception.
Therefore beautiful in tunes.
Beethoven's 'Romance' must have been composed under the strong influence of this song -K466. I can hear strong similarlity in the structure of the song. But Beethoven's attempt failed to imply as deep as the abyss the K466 has. Also Chopin's 'Piano Concerto No1 must have had a strong influence from K466. I can hear lots of analogy in No1, but in Chopin's case, he sublimated so high that the one Chopin composed was by far much closer to perfect music. K466 is a full of imcomplete charm, it might be the limitation insomuch as he could achieve within his times.
By the way nobody claims Romance by Beethoven and Piano Concerto No1 was composed under the strong influence of K466, this is a secret nobody doesn't have to notice based purely upon my mere impression.
