The day before yesterday in Tokyo, there was a heavy rainfall -100 mm/h, by this 3000 houses were under water.
Here in Kyushu -tiny island we live, now we are 60-90 mm/h precipitation, and total rainfall would rise up to 1200 mm, which is about the half of total annual pecipitacion.
Crazy and cruel. Japan Submerged.
