Eye Of The Typhoon
2005.09.06 21:15
We assume we were in the eye of the typhoon from 4 pm to 9 pm for five hours. No wind no conspicuous rain.
Typhoon has been proceeding 25km-30km/h. So the eye was staying 150 km long on the area, virtually no harm so far. We will have the strong west wind from the typhoon soon that causes again damages somewhere.

New Orleans, Japan, also Taiwan and China. Hurricans/Typhoons abound.Scary.Fortunately for me, I live in an area where hurricanes never quite make it - they just get reduced to heavy rain storms by the time they get to Atlanta.Must be rough living on an island :-/Be safe.--Glamkowski's Law of Email: Co-workers will never read more than two lines worth of any email you send them.

Typhoon No.14 passed through, it is reported that No.15 generated itself off Philipines. We are accustomed to being suffered from typhoon but these three years they have been just ovewhelming our capacity of endurance.
