Good journalism needs acurate knowledge on constituion, law, ruling, etc. when it comes to social issues, politics. In economics, there are many views which one to choose.
Besides good journalism requires the study of history. It is not sufficient to argue what it should be only from the current situation. There's history in everything. Shed light on history, so that they don't mislead us to collapse.
